Mr. Barnes is President of L.Garde.  In this capacity, he is responsible for all operations and strategic direction at L.Garde.  Mr. Barnes has been involved in the development of numerous deployable and gossamer structures including; lighter-than-air systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile defense target systems, and space based deployable structures.
