As Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Palisoc is responsible for overseeing the activities of the L.Garde engineering division including analytical, mechanical design and manufacturing departments.  Dr. Palisoc also directs research and development projects.  Prior to joining L’Garde, Dr. Palisoc was involved in developing algorithms and codes for massively parallel computers. Dr. Palisoc received his B.S. in Physics from Ateneo de Manila University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering (Device Physics) from University of California, Irvine.
