Mr. Hirasuna is a retired Vice President and current Director of L.Garde.  Mr. Hirasuna co-founded the company in 1971 and was instrumental in the company’s growth beginning with its first contract with MIT Lincoln Laboratory and continuing through the development of the Inflatable Exo-atmospheric Objects (IEO) for the DoD.  Mr. Hirasuna filled various roles with L.Garde on early decoy design programs, which included advanced decoy materials, underground testing and energy programs.  Mr. Hirasuna was also responsible for the business and administrative aspects of the company during his tenure.  Mr. Hirasuna received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering the University of California, Berkeley and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering the University of Southern California.
